45 Hours Infant/Toddler Course

The Center for Jewish Education (CJE) is excited to partner with CCBC to offer the 45 Hours Infant/Toddler class. Classes will be held at CJE, located at 5708 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215 (in the Park Heights Jewish Community Center (JCC) Building), on Monday nights from 6:15-9:15PM from October 16 through February 19. The cost is  $280 + textbook (textbook details to be given at the first class). It is a non-credit, certificate course approved by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). The course number (CRN) is 76690.  Registration is through CCBC. Participants need to call CCBC at 443-840-4700 with the CRN to register and make credit card payment. Registration can also be made in person at any CCBC campus. Online registration is NOT available. Registration and payment must be completed by October 9. It is advisable, however, to register as soon as possible to ensure a space in the class. There may be “out of class” assignments in place of some scheduled classes. A syllabus, course requirements, and information regarding the textbook will be shared by the instructor at the first class. Attendance at all scheduled classes is mandatory.

You may be eligible to apply to Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) for training voucher payment/reimbursement. The link for information regarding this is

If you are not eligible for this incentive, you may apply to the Crane Professional Development Fund (administered through CJE) for reimbursement for up to 50% of the cost of the course. the Crane Application can be found at cjebaltimore.org/grants.
