TEACHER LICENSING Teachers must successfully meet rigorous standards established by both the National and Baltimore Boards of Teacher Certification and Licensing to attain licensure that is both nationally and internationally recognized. The Baltimore Board of License and Certification awards certificates at the local level. Students in all of our CJE partner schools benefit from teachers who have a broader and deeper understanding of content areas and pedagogy. CJE applauds the many Jewish educators who have devoted time to professional development, thereby making a greater impact on their students.
